Booking in 

When making a booking you will agree to fill out the consultation form and agree to your information being kept securely and confidentially, in accordance with GDPR, by the third party 'Fresha'. The information you provide will be accurate and you will inform WVM of any changes affecting your health as soon as possible, including any medications.

You agree to  confirm your booking as soon as possible. Unconfirmed bookings may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You agree to the cancellation policy, by entering your credit/debit card details. Information is kept securely by Fresha. WVM does not have access to the details.

Charges are as follows-

Less than 24hrs notice for cancellation/reschedule - 25% fee

Non arrival- 50% fee

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash

Gift Vouchers must be used by expiry as no extension shall be given

Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers or discounts, including those sent via marketing emails.

Gift Voucher bookings are subject to the standard cancellation policy, I.e your card will still  be charged the stated fees in the cancellation policy.

Marketing Emails

When setting up your Fresha account, you will have the option to enable marketing emails/ texts. This enables you to receive a Gift Voucher on your birthday and also any additional promotions  I may offer. For regular clients, you will also receive loyalty rewards periodically. In order to redeem these offers , you must book in via the email link given, and by using the availability calendar on Fresha. You can unsubscribe to marketing at any time by changing your preferences in your Fresha account.

Lateness

Occasionally,  unexpected things crop up. If you are late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate this, but at busy times, it may not be possible to provide a full length treatment. If this is the case , you will still be charged the full treatment fee.

Saturday Appointments

Saturday appointments are sometimes possible if you cannot make it during normal opening hours. Please get in touch with me directly to organise this.

Saturday appointments are subject to a  £10 minimum service charge , or 10% of your appointment charge, whichever is greater. This is in addition to the cost of your treatment.

This charge also applies when paying with a Gift Voucher.

A minimum of a 50 minute treatment is applicable.

Discounts are not  available for Saturday appointments.
